🌯 What is the Flexi Food Plan?

The flexi food plan means that you’ll have £91 credit each week to spend on food and drink at campus outlets, cafés and restaurants, plus you'll get 10% off your bill! 

Your balance will refresh every Monday and any leftover credit from the week will rollover into the following week, until the end of term. Any remaining credit at the end of term 1 and term 3 will be lost so be sure to use it up! Term 2 credit will be carried over into term 3.

💳 How does it work?

Your credit will automatically be linked to your student ID or Loyalty Plus account so you can track your spends each week.

Just swipe your student ID card or University's Loyalty Plus app when you're paying for your food.

Top tip! Download the Loyalty Plus app and register so you're ready to start spending right away. Using the app will also give you 10% off each purchase and your 9th hot drink free - win, win!

📅 When is the plan available?

Your catered package will be available during term time only:

• 21st September - 18th December 2026
• 11th January - 19th March 2027
• 12th April - 4th June 2027

Credit can't be refunded so be sure to use it up before the end of term! 

If you were to ever run out of credit, you can top up via the Loyalty Plus app.
