When to use the Flexi Food Plan

Going catered at Vine Court? Important dates to know...

Catered residents! Catered residents! You've got your £91 credit to spend on food and drinks each week, plus you'll get 10% off your bill. But you might be wondering exactly when this package is available?

The catered package is available during term time only:

• 21st September - 18th December 2026
• 11th January - 19th March 2027
• 12th April - 4th June 2027

Your balance will refresh every Monday and any leftover credit from the week will rollover into the following week, until the end of term.

Any remaining credit at the end of term 1 and term 3 will be lost so be sure to use it up! Term 2 credit will be carried over into term 3. Any leftover credit can't be refunded.

Where to eat and drink outside of term time?

You won't be able to use your catered package credit outside of term time so be sure to factor these spends into your budget.
